Aikido Shinjukai Demo @ Cathay Cineplex!!
Today is the second time Aikido Shinjukai is having a demo @ cathay!
I was supposed to liling's uke (or rather, pervert as she refers me to)
However, there was a sudden change of plans. My nage ended up being someone from bukit batok cdans who is very much shorter. lol, she had stage fright n froze up repeatedly during the demo XD
On the other hand, I took alot of slams from her as she performed tons of kote gaishi... She could decide what technique to use and spammed kote gaishi on impulse x.X
