Fixing Chibi's Laptop (Updates)

Hmmm...
I cant seem to toggle/adjust the CPU fan's properties.

Additionally, I've spotted a new problem.
It appears the CPU has been damaged by heat.

Even after the fixes, there are times it powers up for a few sec and goes off.
Too much heat is being generated.

I guess all that's left to do is e CPU paste.
Better read up on how to apply it...
