lol... Instructor Felix came down in place of Cheen Cheen again.

He was teaching us how to feel for the force and predict the movements of the nage (thrower)

So as Uke (aka/victim), we have to avoid the incoming attack/technique.

And WTF!
Alfred made me partner him for that part of the training =.="
Honestly, it sux...

Moving on...
Instructor Felix also talked abt real combat & asked if anyone knew karate =p

lol... FYI, karate is not as popular as it used to be.
But yeah... its still a strong & well balanced martial art.

Anyhow, he chose Ayie to come up & began attacking him consequtively to show how useless his practice of Aikido is. Also demonstrated the need to predict your opponents movement with the slightest hints. For me, this isn't too hard although I still do get it wrong occasionally...
Only problem I have is switching from karate to aikido and HIDING the fact that I practice karate XD

And yeah... Alfred sat next to me during that part and kept insulting my use of karate =.="
Nvm... freaks like him can never see how well balanced karate truely is..

As usual, he decided to torture me after training, hurling me around the place lol

However, amidst all the throwing, I sprained my little finger.
I'm not sure how but i think it went into one of the small gaps in the tatami..
Fortunately its not serious...


Last but not least, 1 BIG MEGA RANT to the Aikido Committee...
LEARN POA DAMMIT!!!

Learn it and deal with the subsidy program!!
Also, you guys better keep it going for the next intake!
