A lot happened yesterday.

Where shall I start?


1) Highway to Hell

Starting with Saiful, he has just entered NS.
Lets' all pause for a moment of silence & wish him good luck.

2) FYP

Arrgh... we have contaminations in our GA7 & Petri dishes.
Some of the plantlets rotted away =(
On top of that, our plant is producing very STRANGE RESULTS!

Looks like echeveria is as RANDOM as that chibi =.="
When we want callus, it forms plantlets.
When we dont want/expect callus, it forms callus...

3) Aikido

Had to partner Alfred yesterday...
As usual, there's alot of resistance when trying to perform the techniques on him.

Putting that aside, I've learnt most of the techniques and need to tune/refine a few.

I may also need to learn some black belt techniques coz I'm grading with those going for black.
I think I'll make it. Its just the annoying variation in the technique...

Also note to self:
Alfred is selfish & wont lend me his weap for grading.
Fortunately, I have Ben to back me up =D

Its better to use others' weaps for grading.
RP's weaps are made of 100% red oak.
They are heavy, durable & low mantainance.

Ben's & Alfred's weaps on the other hand are made of White Oak.
Softer, ligher and better for ken subri.


4) Traitors, Deserters....

5) Hybridisation
Lol, forgot to add this one.
Yesterday's Food Biotech dealt with Hybridisation related technologies.

And of course, Michelle who claims to have the attention span of a 5 year old was the centre of all the jokes XD

Since she has a bag that looks like an xmas tree, guess what?

We fused the two together and now she's a 5 year old xmas tree!
lol random...

Aside from that, there were plenty jokes about her attention span, etc...
