Wednesday, July 23, 2008 Correcting martial art NOOBS lol, this is as per Yusri's request =p Click HERE to watch Afro Ninja II Retard #1: That's not how a chop is performed. Performing a horizontal chop: 1) Start from a stance (Yes, u have to be STABLE!) 2) With the hand furthest from the opponent, clench your fist and draw it close to your temple 3) Step forward with your back leg and unclench your fist as you swing it towards the neck FYI, the swing should be slightly diagonal and end close to your solar plex Performing a backhand chop: Continuing from step #3 in the previous part 1) At the end of the swing, rotate your forearm 180 degrees 2) Quickly swing back upwards (diagonally) to the neck with the edge of your hand and slide forward slightly Kicking: 1) Always start from a stable position. 2) If you cant kick high then just kick to the mid. Western Boxing/Punching: 1) Hit with your knuckles! 2) Keep your swings CLOSE to your body for greater acceleration Retard #2: His turning kick has no power. However, I wont comment on it cos I dont practice taekwondo... Wheee.... *rolls & low kicks* Lmao... wth is this? a Naruto-wannabie? FYI, I bet Rick Astley's rick roll does more dmg than that! XD Retard #3: Spinning Jump kick... Again, I wont comment on it cos I dont practice taekwondo & my style of karate prefers to stick to the ground. However, before even trying to perform a spinning jump kick with added momentum, atleast make sure you know how to perform a NORMAL jump kick! Retard #4: Turning back kick.. (Looks like it) I dont practice taekwondo but a friend did teach me this move a long time back. However, I dont like turning my back to an opponent so I dont practice it at all. Also, I might be somewhat inacurrate on this one.. Turning back kick: 1) Starting from your stance, slide your front leg forward 2) Turn slightly and raise your back leg 3) Using the momentum from steps 1 & 2, turn your entire body and flail or stomp the target with your heel to the midsection, neck or face. Retard #5: ZOMG!! ITS T3H AFROOOOOO!!! I dont know how to do back flips but here's a tip or two... 1) Dont hold anything in your hands when performing back flips. You body has to be RELAXED! Also, you'll want to be able to break your falls if anything happens. 2) When trying to recover from a fall, at least stablize yourself and let your cochlea settle down. However, if you're in a fight and u need to recover from a fall/blow, make some distance between you n your opponent without turning your back. Retard #6: Spinning Jump back kick... Honestly, that was stupid. Setting an impossible goal for himself when he can only kick the dummy in the balls... well, if it did have balls =p Retard #7: LOL! This guy really looks like someone in Aikido IG! *SNICKER* Preparing wood to be broken: 1) Select a thin soft wood plank 2) Set the grain parellel to your strike. 3) Place the material on the pillars 4) Align the pillars such that very little material rests on it Breaking wood with your foot: 1) Start in your stance 2) Slide your front leg forward & raise your knee as high as you can while twisting your hip 3) Slam downward with the edge of your foot, parallel to the grain |
