Alittle Extra About ME

Yep, I'm back.
Although I haven't adjusted to blogging, I am trying to make it a habit to keep a journal.

For a start, Journal writing and reading don't have much of a positive effect on me.
When I was in P4, my English teacher 'forced' me to write a journal.
This is where the negativeness towards journals and blogs came from.
However, for me to improve my English, I must make a daily commitment to write.
Btw, I will vomit blood when I read Hellen Keller's Journal.
I take absolutely no intrest in it.
However, it is a big loss to me as I won't have the oppotunity to read a book
with a unique writing style and study it.

Therefore, I need to get used to journal writing/blogging to break through this grey area. Failure to do so is unacceptable.

Putting that aside, I came up with this phrase last night.

My shadow, my demon.
Stalks by day, cloaked by night.

I plan to turn it into a poem.
For all I know, this may be the key to unlock my hidden talent.
It has been five years since I wrote a proper poem.

Friends in the Winter

Friends in the winter,
Freeze the fire,
Cold, bitter, gone forever!

I wrote this when I was in P6.
A short and simple Haikoo that most people can't comprehend.

Basically, this poem is an extremely pessimistic outlook on friendship.
I was backstabbed by friends in the past and stuff.

Freeze the Fire -[Meaning]: An oxymoron describing the frozen fire of friendship

Cold, Bitter -[Meaning]: Description of the two friends upon breakup
